Smoking Cessation
Each session is unique in the fact that the Hypnosis is a reflection of the personal information given.
SESSION 1:
A two hour session during which the first part will be to explore the reasons and needs behind the cigarette addiction.
The second part of the session will be Hypnosis based on the information uncovered.
SESSION 2:
NOT A STANDARD SCRIPT! This will be an hour follow-up sessionwhich will help seal the positive suggestions made in session 1 and also help boost the motivation, determination and willpower.
HYPNOSIS IS A VERY EFFECTIVE TREATMENT THAT WILL HELP OVERCOME ADDICTION, ENHANCE POSITIVE SUGGESTIONS AND ENCOURAGE MORE DESIRABLE BEHAVIOUR
