Seated Acupressure Massage
Modern day Seated Acupressure, also referred to as on-site or chair massage, is a hybrid of the ancient Oriental massage arts of Anma and Shiatsu.
It is a Meridian based therapy in which thumb, finger, elbow and knuckle pressure are used over many of the acupressure points of the 12 major meridians accessible on the back, arms, hands, neck, head and legs in sequence of fluid moves called “Kata”.
The clever ergonomic design of the chair offers comfortable support to the client, allowing the practitioner easy access to the client's acupressure points without the need to remove clothing or the use of oils.
Taking just 20 minutes of your time, it is both quick and rewarding. Great on its own or a fantastic add-on to other treatments.
SEATED ACUPRESSURE MASSAGE is gentle and non-invasive so it is suitable for everyone.
